pakgam is required under its international operating licence to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks on all account holders. KYC is also required under applicable Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations. By registering a pakgam account, you consent to pakgam conducting such checks at any time and provide your explicit consent for pakgam to process your identity documents for these purposes.

The following general principles apply to all Promotional Offers unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:
Any bonus obtained through what pakgam determines to be abusive conduct — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using platform funds, or arbitrage — may be voided without notice. Associated winnings will not be payable in such circumstances.

If you believe that a technical error has affected the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, you must report the issue to pakgam support within 30 days of the relevant game session. pakgam will investigate all reported technical errors and provide a written response. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakgam platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content published on the pakgam platform — including but not limited to the pakgam brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, software, and data — is the exclusive property of pakgam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your access to the pakgam platform does not grant you any ownership rights, licence, or other interest in any such content beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any pakgam content without prior written authorisation from pakgam.

Upon termination of an account for cause, pakgam reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a penalty for the breach, in addition to pursuing any other available remedies. Upon voluntary account closure by you (where no breach has occurred), any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal procedures, typically within 5–10 business days.
If you have a dispute with pakgam regarding any aspect of your account, a game outcome, a bonus, a payment, or any other matter, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pakgam's support team at [email protected] with a written description of the issue, the date and time it occurred, the relevant game or transaction reference, and the outcome you are seeking.
pakgam commits to acknowledging all written disputes within 3 business days of receipt and providing a substantive response within 14 business days. Where the matter requires technical investigation — for example, a disputed game outcome — the response period may be extended by a further 14 business days, of which you will be notified in writing.
If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process described above, and if pakgam's decision is that no further action is warranted, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or complaints mechanism as specified by pakgam's licensing authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakgam holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 and that requires formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
pakgam reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect your financial rights, your ability to withdraw funds, or your eligibility to participate in promotions — pakgam will provide notice of those changes by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.
